Role at the SALT Center: As a Graduate Assistant, I work with students to help create and implement their Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) by collaboratively developing goals for success, incorporating academic strategies, and providing students with guidance and encouragement throughout their university experience. I assist students in managing their time and courseload and in communicating with other areas in the SALT Center and in the campus community. I also recruit, hire, train, and evaluate peer tutors who support students with their subject area coursework.
