Activities/Interests: My research focuses on how students in counselor preparation programs acquire and apply mindfulness skills in their personal and professional lives. Outside of my academic pursuits, I usually have an interior design or home improvement project in the works. I cherish time spent with my far-flung family, traveling near and far, and sharing memorable meals. My little rescue pup, Sophie, makes sure I get a good walk every day…but not before coffee!
