Our History of Success
Since our program was founded in 1980, we have helped thousands of college students with learning and attention challenges achieve their academic goals.
Our long history of success is due to the generous support of many friends, families, and colleagues. Because we do not receive funding from the state or the University, SALT Center fees are our primary revenue stream. These fees can discourage students with limited resources from applying to our program. Financial hardship should never prevent students from accessing our services, which is why we are asking for your support today.
We invite you to join us in this effort by becoming a member of the SALT Center Director’s Circle with a gift of $2,500. The Director’s Circle is dedicated to enhancing the mission and values of the SALT Center by providing an annual source of funding for our valuable programs. Members include friends, parents of current and former students, professionals in the field, community leaders, and alumni.
- Invitations to members-only events
- Recognition in the SALT Center Journal and our website
- Regular program updates from the Director
- Membership in the UA President’s Club for the academic year
