Role at the SALT Center: As the Learning Support Services Senior Coordinator, I coordinate the recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of tutoring staff and manage the operations of the tutoring program. I oversee the operation of the Math & Science Lab. Additionally, I maintain our TutorTrac software to ensure that we have accurate records of tutoring sessions. I also facilitate workshops covering key academic skills and devise and implement new strategies, which tutors can use in their sessions.
